My story
From founder to advisor.
I started my first company at 27 with more ambition than answers. I had a vision, a small team, and a stubborn belief that we could figure it out as we went. Some of that worked. A lot of it didn't.
Over the next two decades, I built, scaled, and sold three businesses across technology, services, and consumer products. Each one taught me something the last one couldn't. The wins were great. The hard moments were better teachers.
Today I work with founders who are in the thick of it — navigating growth, building teams, making decisions with incomplete information. I know what that feels like. And I know what it takes to come out the other side with something worth keeping.

Most founders know what they want to build. Fewer know why — really why. The work starts there, because strategy built on a shaky foundation doesn't hold.
